Principal's Message

At Cambridge School, Indirapuram we have three priorities: to provide children with modern educational facilities, to devise an imaginative but intellectually challenging curriculum which will make them want to learn irrespective of tests and exams, and to employ staff who are knowledgeable about their areas of specialization and skilled in the art of getting children to develop both curiosity and understanding in the main branches of human enquiry.

The school is in an exciting phase of its growth: new facilities are being planned and established, including classrooms for the primary school and a multi-purpose auditorium. Work has begun on making the curriculum more interactive and less dependent on rote learning. The examination system is being reviewed to reduce stress levels and provide more time for teaching.

The library is being upgraded. A new gymnasium for the use of staff and students has been set up: and science laboratories have been completely remodelled.

We would like our parents to be actively involved in the education of their children - not just at home but also in the school, and welcome their participation in school life. Among the many things you could do are train children in specific crafts and activities; talk to senior students about subject and career options; read aloud storybooks; give occasional lectures on topics related to your professional or personal skills; and accompany teachers and children on outstations or in-city activities.

We welcome you to Cambridge School, Indirapuram and look forward to a long and mutually enriching partnership in the development of our children.
